Asociación Grupo Teatro Imagina is a proposal where creativity, expression and drama are combined resulting in different spaces and collective experiences of facilitating social inclusion and participation from the field of mental health. Sometimes the development of some of these experiences, especially to promote the standardization and social awareness towards people with mental illnesses, require the availability and use of images and recordings of informational community level in different formats or media communication. To do this, based on the provisions of Article 18.1 of the Spanish Constitution and the Organic Law 11/1982 of 5 May on the right to honour, personal and family privacy and image, Asociación Grupo Teatro Imagina, where appropriate requires, the authorization for the taking, archival and play according to the conditions of approval and acceptance by the user in each case.
Asociación Grupo teatro Imagina is committed to maintaining a permanent care in the use of photographic and video images recorded in the development of workshops, actions and/or proposals developed by the company, limiting its potential public exposure provided for information purposes done in the right context, in full coherence with the objectives of the initiative and in accordance with the conditions for approval. Similarly, it is agreed to prevent any potential future exposure if so requested by the person concerned.
